One of Dr Fry’s fryup superheroes is David Touizer, top chef by day, monster fryup animal the rest of the time. This is one of my all-time favourites, not just because it’s beautifully cooked, good quality food well-presented, but because the talented bastard made the sauages and puddings himself, also the beans and the bacon is home-cured. Making your own stuff is time consuming but ultimately very rewarding as you can see here. Top fryup Mr T!
